      Ford Foundation’s NYC Landmark building is renowned for its exteriors and interior botanical garden atrium. Tasked to preserve the original aesthetic throughout the renovation, EvensonBest collaborated with the Architect to provide FF&E from more than 100 vendors while carefully integrating legacy furnishings. Transitioning to an open plan office, EvensonBest successfully consolidated the systems furniture footprint and increased the number and variety of collaborative space on the workplace and amenity floors. The premium upper floors now offer expansive meeting and conferencing areas while the lower floors boast the subtropical garden, a visitor center and art gallery.

      Inspired by Campari’s vibrant Italian heritage, EvensonBest assisted Gensler to relocate one of the most iconic international spirits brands to their new North American Headquarters in midtown New York City. Sitting on 2 floors of the landmarked Grace building, Campari’s office reflects a broad spectrum of inviting open areas for their employees to meet, socialize and interact. Featuring four distinctly different coffee and cocktail bars, staff members have several options to share a light snack, beverage or conversation. The space is highlighted by a dramatic two-story atrium that vertically connects 2 of the bars situated on separate floors. EvensonBest worked with over 30 National and International furniture and textile vendors to help Campari realize a truly illustrious office environment focused not only on social interaction, but a space designed for a collaborative approach to productivity.

      BCG’s New York City Hudson Yards office reflects a truly modern workplace that incorporates several distinct and alternative room themes across each floor and space. The underlying idea was to unlock BCG’s unique culture and give better expression to the staff’s values and beliefs through their office design. Working with over 300 National and International furniture and textile vendors, we delivered each distinguished office environment providing nearly twice the amount of collaborative seating with 30% less floor space per person. BCG’s new office boasts both a welcoming and communal atmosphere that effortlessly fosters social interaction, teamwork and productivity.

      In this first-of-its-kind project, we helped plan, produce, and deliver more than a thousand pieces of handmade furniture for the headquarters of Etsy, a global marketplace for unique goods from independent makers. We customized a solution with 7 small millwork manufacturers to deliver value-based design on a mass scale, coordinating delivery schedules with multiple vendors to manage long lead times and maintain the move-in schedule.

      Utilizing a blend of Knoll furniture lines, we helped Mount Sinai Health Systems realize a modern and collaborative floor plan for their Midtown Manhattan Medical Campus. Recognized as one of the largest teaching hospitals in the U.S, we worked closely with the design firm on the project to break away from a conventional hospital atmosphere and deliver a space that reflected both a unique and innovative environment.

      We created custom furniture solutions with unique, white-glove logistics to deliver the sophisticated office of a financial services company located in an iconic modernist office building. To complete the project, we delivered customized Corian curved millwork workstations, private offices, and conference room furniture, then completed our precision installation on-time and on-budget.

      We guided a global law firm and its architect through a unique custom furniture buying process with the Italian manufacturer Unifor. Our service scope involved interviewing each of the firm's partners to select exclusive options for each private office. To improve efficiency and communication, we coordinated trips to Italy for the project team to see and approve office mockups in the factory. We managed every detail from international shipping to final delivery and installation in a new office building in downtown Washington, DC.
